Social networks are echoing a problem that affects the screens of Pixel 7 Pro and makes them almost unusable. Users have been complaining about it for a long time, but Google can’t find a solution.
If, in the opinion of many observers, the Pixel 7 are successful smartphones boasting unparalleled optimization among smartphone manufacturers. The famous DxOMark test laboratory is not mistaken, since it has measured that the Pixel 7a is as good in photos as the iPhone 14 and the Galaxy S23, devices that are twice as expensive. The concert of praise stops there, however, because not a week goes by without dissatisfied customers reporting the various faults and failures of Google smartphones.
More and more Pixel 7 Pro owners are turning to the Google forum to share the display issue affecting their smartphone. As seen in this video posted to YouTube, the Pixel 7 Pro’s display appears to flicker, while green bands streak across the screen at irregular frequencies. The problem is actually not new.since the first complaints date back to December 2022. Anyway, the Mountain View firm cannot stop this annoying flickering.

Is this a software problem? In this case, Google engineers seem very slow to provide a fix. If this failure is of material origin, the firm will undoubtedly have to resolve to organize a recall campaign to repair all appliances concerned. So let’s hope for them that the problem is not too widespread.
