If you look at satellite images of the border region between the USA and Mexico on Google Maps, you will sometimes notice something special about Mexican territory. A kind of cave painting can be seen on the volcano “Cerro Prieto”. She shows a vulture.

In fact, the drawing was created just a few years ago and is intended to promote tourism in the region. According to website AllCityCanvas, over 100 people were involved in completing the artwork. The vulture is a sacred animal for the local Cucapá tribe, representing both death and purification.
