Google Photos: Show storage space – this is how you check your data quota

HOW DO I MANAGE AND EDIT MY PICTURES WITH GOOGLE…

Google Photos offers you free storage space, but it is difficult to see how much data you still have for your pictures. We’ll show you where to find the information.

For a while now, Google Photos has stopped offering unlimited free storage space for your pictures. Instead, you only get 15 gigabytes without a subscription. However, this free storage is divided between Google Drive, Gmail and Google Photos. As a result, it can happen that your memory is no longer sufficient for uploading snapshots.

In Google Photos, however, you will find a separate application that tells you how long your free storage will last and whether you need to upgrade to a paid subscription. The following link will take you directly to said application. Important: You must be logged into your Google account.

ยป Check storage space now

The estimate given is based on how often you upload photos and other data to Google. It is therefore not an exact specification, but rather a guide value.
