The rumor mill surrounding the Google Pixel 7 is starting to simmer! Various leakers have published render images for the upcoming smartphone and show what the wide camera bar could look like. In addition to the photos, a 360-degree video appeared that is supposed to show us the new Google Pixel 7 Pro.

The Google Pixel 6 has been available for a few months now. So it’s only logical that the rumors about the successor model are picking up speed. The current leaks amount to the appearance of the Google Pixel 7. So will xLeaks7 in cooperation with Choose Best Tech got CAD files that should belong to the upcoming smartphone.
These images show the possible appearance of the new flagship. The resemblance to the Google Pixel 6 is clearly visible. Rounded sides, the camera bar with two lenses and an LED flash and the volume rocker on the right side. If the manufacturer opts for this design, we shouldn’t expect a redesign. why? The current Pixel smartphone is selling well and there is hardly anything wrong with the looks.
However, the CAD files also show some minor changes. The smartphone seems to be a bit smaller and the camera bar merges seamlessly into the frame. So far there is no confirmation of the images, so we should take the leak with caution.
Images and video of the Google Pixel 7 Pro surfaced
There are also pictures of the new Google Pixel 7 Pro model online. The well-known leaker OnLeaks and SmartPrix published the pictures. These are not simple CAD images, but high-resolution render images. However, there doesn’t seem to be any real change in the design.

There is hardly any difference to the Google Pixel 6 Pro here either. The biggest design change is likely to be the seamless transition of the camera bar. A triple camera system can also be seen. The new smartphone should be a bit smaller than the current model, but the display could remain the same size. Google is supposed to realize this with thinner display edges.
The video shows an overall view of the possible design. For example, you can see a USB-C port and stereo speakers. The volume rocker can be seen on the side again and a recess on the top should provide space for the 5G antenna. Current rumors say that Google is planning to release the Pixel 7 as the first Android 13 smartphone. In addition, a new Tensor SoC is to be used to further improve performance.
It is not yet possible to say when we will see the smartphone. However, everyone seems to agree that Google will release the new flagship in autumn 2022.
