From futuristic extravagance to Hollywood glamor and flower manicures: These three beauty looks on the Red Carpet of the 2023 Grammy Awards were absolute eye-catchers. Attention, trend danger!

It’s Grammy time again! On Sunday evening, celebrities like Heidi Klum and Lizzo celebrated music’s biggest night in Los Angeles. But as much as the Grammys are a night celebrating the biggest hits of the past year, most of us tune in for one thing – the looks! Instead of perfect glam outfits like the Oscars, the Grammys are also about personality and attitude. And the stars can convey this perfectly with trendy make-up and the boldest fashion. Three beauty trends from the Red Carpet of the Grammys 2023 went around the world within a few seconds.

Singer Lizzo: Her “3D Flower” manicure is the eye-catcher of the evening

Long stiletto nails with three-dimensional roses in bright orange – this calls for the attention of all beauty lovers: inside. Singer Lizzo is not only one of the winners of the evening with her song “About Damn Time”, which was awarded as the best single of the year, her beauty look is also worthy of an award. Eri Ishizu, Lizzo’s Nail Artist, creates the nail design using OPI products and uses the ‘Silicon Valley Girl’ shade to provide the perfect orange base for the 3D flowers. The nail artist models these herself out of acrylic powder and adds tiny, shiny crystals to them.

Back to the future: Bebe Rexha enchants with 70s glam blowout

Bebe Rexha takes a trip down memory lane at the 65th Grammys as she resembles a ’70s Barbie’ on the red carpet. In addition to a pink Moschino dress and matching gloves, the pop singer relies on large, outward-turned waves. The look was inspired by Jerry Hall, Farrah Fawcett and Jaclyn Smith’s iconic “retro blonde hair looks with a vintage silhouette,” their hairstylist Cesar Delon Ramirez told Entertainment Tonight. A 38mm ceramic curling iron from T3, with which the tips are turned outwards, ensures the “soft and bouncy blowout look with a satin finish”.

Gold all over: Laverne Cox shines as a golden goddess

All that glitters is not gold? In that case already! Actress Laverne Cox shines with the Grammy trophies and clearly wins. She wears matching stiletto nails with her black and gold dress, which are brushed with several layers of metallic gold paint and covered with Swarovski crystals. The “Orange is the new Black” star wears gold leaf on her eyelids and divinely shimmering gold lips. These are easily created from lip gloss and the Rare Beauty “Positive Light Silky Touch” powder highlighter in the shade “Flaunt”. Trend risk guaranteed!
