Gran Turismo 7 now supports 120fps on PS5

Once the 1.31 update is installed, owners of Gran Turismo 7 and a compatible screen will be able to enjoy the game at up to 120 frames per second, knowing that this feature of course only concerns the PlayStation 5 version. On the content side, the March update brings five new cars, including two pretty Porsche (they are rarely bad, of course) and a Japanese mini-van that we can’t wait to try in virtual reality. Here is the list :

  • Porsche Carrera GTS 904 (1964)
  • Porsche 959 (1987)
  • Toyota Alphard Executive Lounge (2018)
  • Audi RS 5 Turbo DTM (2019)
  • Mazda3 X Burgundy Selection (2019)

To try out these new titines, head to Germany where two new tracks have been added for the Nürburgring. Allow some time ahead of you before starting the “Endurance” route which combines the “Nordschleife” and “Grand Prix” routes for a total length of 23,864 meters and no less than 85 bends. On the contrary, the “Sprint” route will be perfect for a quick test with its 3,629 meters and its 12 bends to negotiate. Finally, the update welcomes as always a new theme for the Scapes mode, here the cherry trees which are currently blooming in Japan.

Head to the game’s official site or PlayStation Blog to find all the details and images of the update.
