How to get it?
Being very important gameplay elements, on Graveyard Keeperthem green, red and blue dots are described like this, in the tutorial, accessible via the in-game menu:
- Green dots → “ The green dots represent your knowledge of the nature of things and of nature itself “.
- red dots → “ The red dots represent manual skills as well as your ability to work with materials “.
- blue dots → “ The blue dots represent your spiritual knowledge of the intangible world “.
As you will have understood, it is therefore by carrying out different actions that you will earn green, red or blue dots. For example, by cutting down a tree, you will get red and green dots. Cook dishes bring in green dots. Some crafted items can also bring you points: we are thinking in particular of the Conical Flasks, which give red and blue dots.
You will find out for yourself, but the red and green dots are quite easy to obtain. On the other hand, the blue dots are a little rarer. In order to earn it, we advise you to study (at a study table) certain alchemical elements, such as fat, skin, brain, intestines or even blood that can be obtained from the bodies. It is also possible to study objects, in particular fences, crosses or candles, and even manufacture very specific items in order to obtain them.
In general, studying an item makes it possible to recover green, red or blue dots. Therefore, do not hesitate to carry out studies fairly regularly. On this subject, note that when you read the description of an object, you can see if you have already studied it or not. If not, you will see what type of points you will earn by conducting said study (as in the image above).
What are the green, red and blue dots for?
On Graveyard Keeperyou can see the number of red, green and blue dots that you have in different ways: you will see a line appear under your energy gauge, when you pick it up (as in the image above). Otherwise, you can read it by going to the “Technology” tab of the in-game menu.
As said before, the green, red and blue dots are useful and absolutely necessary on Graveyard Keeper. It is thanks to them that you will be able to unlock technologies, grouped under six categories: “Anatomy and Alchemy”, “Theology”, “Writing”, “Agriculture and Nature” as well as “Forging” and “Construction”.
