If you are looking for cheap ANC headphones with good sound, you should consider the Soundcore Life Q30. For the fair price of less than 100 euros, the headphones from Anker have a lot to offer.
In our test, the over-ear headphones showed their best side in most categories. The Soundcore Life Q30 is very comfortable to wear and with a weight of 265 grams, it is comfortable to wear even for long periods of time. The technical equipment can shine with many useful functions, such as convenient pairing via NFC pairing – but this only works with an Android smartphone and an app. In addition, the headphones have multipoint technology, which allows two devices to be connected at the same time.
The sound was convincing in the test with a pleasantly wide sound image, but it does not come close to the quality of headphones in the high-end area. The Soundcore Life Q30 scored particularly well with an excellent battery life: the over-ear headphones lasted a full 65:51 hours (without ANC) and 40:35 hours with noise suppression.
There are deductions in the test for the ANC. The active noise suppression that the Soundcore Life Q30 is equipped with is only moderately effective in the practical test. Criticism also hails in the telephony. The microphone quality was not fully convincing in the test.
Our conclusion at the time of testing:
“For less than 100 euros, the Soundcore Life Q30 are among the best ANC headphones in their price range. They not only earn this position with a good sound, but also with their extensive technical equipment. This includes practical NFC pairing, the simultaneous Connection with two devices and a feature-rich app. The runtime of up to 65:51 hours without ANC is particularly impressive. However, it is not particularly worth activating it anyway, and the sound quality of the telephony cannot fully convince either.”

The Soundcore Life Q30 is one of the best ANC headphones in the price range under 100 euros. The technical equipment is extensive (NFC pairing, functional app, simultaneous connection with two devices) – and achieved the grade “very good” in our test. The sound convinces with a pleasantly wide sound pattern. Unfortunately, the ANC is only mediocre and can’t keep up with the high-end competition. There is also room for improvement when it comes to the sound quality of telephony.
