On his departure from the White House, the Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg counters another tweet from Donald Trump.

The whole world is still staring in the direction of the USA, where Joe Biden (78, "Promise me") was sworn in as the new President on January 20th. So does the Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg (18), who bid farewell to Biden's predecessor Donald Trump (74) with an ironic tweet.

"He looks like a very happy old man who is looking forward to a bright and wonderful future. So nice to see!" Thunberg wrote about a pictureshowing Trump getting into a helicopter. He had commented on Thunberg's emotional speech at the United Nations in New York in 2019 with almost the same wording: "She looks like a very happy young girl who is looking forward to a bright and wonderful future. So nice to see," Trump wrote on Twitter at the time .

Round two in the Twitter dispute

It is not the first time that Thunberg has adopted Trump's words. In early November, she criticized Trump for his behavior and for claiming that the election had been "stolen" from him. "So ridiculous. Donald should work on his anger management and then go to the cinema with a friend in a nice old-fashioned way. Chill Donald, chill!" Thunberg wrote at the time.

Thunberg was referring to an old tweet by Donald Trump from December 2019. At that time, he wrote that he classified Thunberg's "Person of the Year" award as "ridiculous". The tweet then followed the scheme of Thunberg's new tweet and ended with "Chill Greta, chill!". At that time, the initiator of the "Fridays for Future" movement had left the tweet uncommented.
