In an interview, former ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star Giacomo Gianniotti opened up about his co-stars. Also, who on the set of the ABC series had the most memory problems.

Gianniotti played the role of Andrew DeLuca on the doctor series and was a permanent part of the series from season 11 to season 17. DeLuca even dated main character Meredith Gray for a while before he was stabbed and died in Season 17.

Speaking to US Weekly magazine, Gianniotti mentioned that Kevin McKidd (Dr. Owen Hunt) is his most relatable post-series and that Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.) is his favorite character. He also revealed that Justin Chambers is the actor who most often forgets his lines.

Justin Chambers played the role of Alex Karev for 16 seasons and was part of the original cast. Of course, Giannotti means no harm to his colleague and quickly adds: ” […] but Justin, I love you very much.”

Grey’s Anatomy returns to US television for Season 18 on February 24, 2022.
