Freshly pressed oil has a shelf life of about 12 months, but only if the black seed oil has been bottled directly and the container has not yet been opened. Black seed oil is very sensitive. You should store an already opened oil in the refrigerator, then it will keep for about three months.
Black cumin oil is not exactly cheap as a cold-pressed variant. You can get a bottle of the vitamin-rich oil from 15 euros upwards. You can get it in health food stores or organic markets, sometimes also in well-stocked supermarkets or from online retailers such as Amazon.
