(CercleFinance.com) – Group SFIT publishes net income of 1.1 million euros for 2021, as well as operating income up 38.8% to 4.1 million and EBITDA up by 39.7% to 6.3 million.
He explains these good results by the dynamism of the activity and a controlled expense structure, combined with a reduction in after-sales service expenses after its successful relocation to France in 2021.
The designer of portable computers achieved a turnover of 60.8 million, a strong increase of 28.5%, reflecting the acceleration of its strategy of conquest, both in France and internationally.
Group SFIT aims to achieve revenue of around €70 million in 2022, up 15%, and estimates that its EBITDA margin should be at least equivalent to that of 2021.
The Board of Directors will propose at its AGM of April 25 to give the group a new corporate name, namely METAVISIO, a change which will be accompanied by a new visual identity.
