(CercleFinance.com) – Olivier Bertrand declared to the AMF that he crossed upwards, on October 7, through the companies he controls, the thresholds of 90% of the capital and 95% of the Group’s voting rights Flo and indirectly hold 91.94% of the capital and 95.19% of the voting rights.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market acquisition of shares. On this occasion, Bertrand Invest SAS declared that it had individually exceeded the thresholds of 10% of the capital and 15% of the capital and voting rights.
