(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on January 14, 2022, the simplified joint stock company Amiral Gestion, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared that it had crossed downwards, on January 10, 2022, the thresholds of 5 % of the company’s capital and voting rights Open Group. It no longer holds any Groupe Open shares on behalf of these funds.
