(Boursier.com) — New GO has filed with the AMF its draft squeeze-out for shares Open Group. The amount of compensation is set at 33.5 euros per share.
Indeed, New GO holds, following the simplified public tender offer targeting the shares of the company, which took place from March 31 to April 13, 2022 (inclusive), 7,749,816 Open Group shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 95.92% of the capital and at least 95.31% of the company’s voting rights.
The squeeze-out will be implemented on April 21, and will relate to the 310,785 Groupe Open shares not held by New GO on the closing date of the offer.
The suspension of the listing of Groupe Open shares is maintained until the implementation of the squeeze-out.
