(Boursier.com) — SFPI Group plans to acquire the Austrian company WO&WO. The company, owned by the German industrial holding company Adcuram, is based in Graz and specializes in high-end sun protection (awnings, blinds, shutters, etc.) for the Austrian, German, Swiss (DACH) and French markets.
At the end of its last financial year, on December 31, 2021, WO&WO achieved consolidated revenue of 60 million euros and employed 310 people.
The final completion of the transaction should take place at the end of July 2022, subject to the lifting of the conditions precedent to which this transaction is subject.
