Cartuja I. will build the Reifs Geriatric Center in Tomares, Seville

The Financial Company Grupo Reifs has entrusted Cartuja I. with the construction of a new Geriatric Center in the Sevillian town of Tomares, which will have an area of approximately 10,000 square meters with 180 beds (122 single rooms and 29 double rooms ), dining rooms, lounges and visiting rooms, library, restaurant, laundry, large garden areas, etc. In addition, the building will have a class A energy certificate and will be equipped with photovoltaic solar panels for self-consumption.
Its design is based on the concept of person-centred care, which places the user at the center of services. The building will be divided into two living units per floor, so that users have more intimate spaces that promote stimulation, orientation, well-being and more personalized attention. In order to reinforce the friendly and warm atmosphere, natural light, the link with nature, proportions and colors have been favored in the design.
