GTA 5: Soon available in 4K on PC?

After a release on PS3 and Xbox 360, PS4, Xbox One and PC, then now PS5 and Xbox Series with the new next-gen version of Grand Theft Auto 5, it seems that PC players will indeed be able to enjoy the latter on their machine.

GTA 5, the next-gen version soon available on PC

If for the moment nothing has been formalized by Rockstar Gamesthis information comes to us directly from the ESRB (The Entertainment Software Rating Board), a self-regulatory body that rates video games. In most, if not all, cases, when information comes from this site, it always remains true.

Thus, according to the ESRB website, GTA 5 next-gen version should therefore arrive soon on PC since the title sheet now has the mention “Windows PC”right alongside those of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

Nevertheless, there is no availability date indicated at the moment, but, in most cases, when a platform is added to the page of a game on this site, it means that we will not have not long to wait before seeing it appear on the said machine.

The starred firm should therefore not take too long to announce the release of the next-gen version of GTA 5 on PC. We can expect the latter for this month of May, the month of the financial results for the last quarter with the calls to investors.

The release of the next-gen version on PC, really useful?

If for some this may seem like good news, we are entitled to ask ourselves if the release of the next-gen version of GTA 5 on PC is really useful.

As a reminder, this one has some exclusives (rather few), with mainly Hao’s store/garage and its weekly novelties, as well as some exclusive and free cars via the various vehicle dealers, but concretely?

On PC, you are not unaware that there is a lot of possible configurations to have a game more realistic and more beautiful than ever with a thunderous framerate. In addition, modders have made available to players a whole range of mods specially designed for GTA 5 and there is something for everyone. A release of the next-gen version on PC is therefore never questionable again, unless you absolutely want to play in 4K!
