We didn’t come to this one. New images and unpublished extracts from GTA 6 would have been revealed in advance on social networks. Rockstar is already starting to clean up.
It’s the little surprise of this Saturday evening. Three days before the release of the first trailer for GTA 6, the game would once again be the victim of a leak. Nothing as massive as the Rockstar hack that leaked hundreds of gameplay videos. On the other hand, it would obviously be sensitive enough for the publisher to have them removed from X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok with loud copyright claims.
New leak for GTA 6
“ Ah shit, here we go again ”, as the other would say. For several hours several videos and images supposed to be of Grand Teft Auto 6 have been lying around on the Web. Many Internet users thought it was a bad hoax as their quality left much to be desired. Let’s say that leaks from an old phone have not been believed for a long time and yet, Rockstar had the content in question deleted quite quickly through DMCA (copyright request). From what we know, the few alleged extracts from GTA 6 come from a supposed QA tester. We briefly see a panorama of downtown Vice City, giving a glimpse of the progress made since the first gameplay videos leaked in September 2022. Everything is shown with a debug menu, usually reserved for developers.
If the extracts in question are gradually deleted from social networks, it is impossible to know whether they are really true or not, but their reach was sufficient to sow chaos on the Internet. Some fans have already started analyzing and dissecting everything, comparing the buildings, their locations and their colors with images of GTA 6 from last year’s hack, finding several disconcerting similarities. Everything suggests that these new poor quality images are real, but we still invite you to drop your tweezers and equip yourself with an anti-fake suit just in case. Either way, we won’t have to wait long before we get the end of the story.

According to initial information, the sixth episode would take place in Vice City. Players would follow the adventures of Jason and Lucia, a duo inspired by Bonnie & Clyde. If these few supposed new images do not do justice to the game, the big boss of Take-Two, the parent company, promised a production which aims for “perfection and realism” and assured that nothing would be shown with the studio failing to achieve achieve its goal.
