GTA San Andreas: A player breaks a new record!

Despite being released in 2004, GTA San Andreas continues to unleash passions, the title often being considered one of the best games in the franchise. Even today, players continue to take up challenges through the latter in order to mark the history of this game once and for all.

This time it’s about a successful speedrunner the 100% record on San Andreasthen overwriting the old performance.

Speedrunner breaks 100% run record

If you have already played GTA San Andreas, you are aware that the game is extremely long to finish, especially if you are going to conquer 100%. Between the main story and all the other little quests on the side, you actually have several hours of gameplay. Normally, it takes about 80 hours, but a speedrunner managed the feat of finishing it in just under 12 hours.

Responding on behalf of Crucialthis Danish speedrunner has indeed accomplished this rather impressive featcrushing the last record held by tape_5 which was 12 h 08 min 33 sec. If in addition to having broken the previous record, he also created a rather impressive gap between his time and that of the other player since Crucial only shows 11 h 25 min 21 sec on the counter, which therefore makes a difference of 43 minutes.

Completing San Andreas at 100% requires a lot of time, as we were able to tell you a little above, and our player had to do this, in addition to the main missions: win all the car races, reach the highest level for emergency missions, acquire all the houses, get your hands on the 50 oysters, have and maintain a romantic relationship… In short, a busy life as a gangster!

Moreover, if in some speedruns the use of glitches is authorized, in this precise case it is absolutely not possible because it would not allow to complete the game at 100%.
