(Boursier.com) — GTT announced a new order. The group was thus chosen, in April 2022, by its partner the Korean shipyard Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries, for the design of the LNG tanks of a new LNG carrier on behalf of a European shipowner. GTT will design the tanks of this LNG carrier, which will offer a total cargo capacity of 174,000 m3 and will incorporate the Mark III Flex membrane containment system developed by GTT. Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.
