(CercleFinance.com) – GTT announces that it received, during the 2nd quarter of 2024, an order from its partner Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) for the design of the tanks for ten new very large LNG carriers.
GTT will design the tanks for these ten LNG carriers, which will each offer five tanks with a total capacity of 271,000 m3 and will integrate the NO96 Super+ membrane containment system developed by GTT.
Delivery of the vessels is planned between the first quarter of 2030 and the fourth quarter of 2031.
