(CercleFinance.com) – GTT announced Friday evening the appointment of Jean-Baptiste Choimet to the position of general manager as of June 12, following the AGM of the engineering company, as part of the dissociation of the functions of president and general manager decided in February 2022.
Jean-Baptiste Choimet is currently a member of the executive committee of GTT and general manager of Elogen, the group’s subsidiary specializing in the design and manufacture of electrolysers intended for the production of green hydrogen.
Furthermore, so that GTT can continue to benefit from the experience of Philippe Berterottière, the board of directors will renew the latter in his role as chairman of the board for the remaining duration of his mandate as director.
