(CercleFinance.com) – GTT announces that the Supreme Court of Korea decided, on January 17, to suspend the implementation of the decision handed down last December 1 by the Seoul High Court, a decision against which the engineering company appealed on December 22.
As a reminder, the appeal made by GTT before the Supreme Court of Korea concerns the obligation for the French company to separate the technological license agreement from the technical assistance if the shipyards of South Korea so request.
As a result of the January 17 decision, these shipyards cannot request from GTT the dissociation of the technology license from the technical assistance services until a decision is made by the Supreme Court of Korea.
