Zoe Saldana slips back into the role of Gamora in the third part of “Guardians of the Galaxy”.
Thanos’ adopted daughter died during the events of Avengers: Infinity War. However, in “Avengers: Endgame” another version of the fighter jumped into the parallel universe on Earth 616. Now this character returns with amnesia. Precisely because she doesn’t know that she should be part of the “Guardians”, Gamora joins the “Ravagers” – the criminal group around Yondu Udonta.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be filmed in conjunction with the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special. The two films are the last in the GotG series to be directed by James Gunn.
