(CercleFinance.com) – Guerbet announces the appointment of Didier Izabel as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He succeeds Marie-Claire Janailhac-Fritsch, Chairman of the Board of Guerbet since 2013, whose term of office has expired.
Furthermore, Guerbet announces the appointment of Pascale Auger as Independent Director and the renewal of the mandates of three Directors, Carine Dagommer, Eric Guerbet and Thibault Viort.
