(Boursier.com) — Guerbet a global specialist in contrast agents and solutions for medical imaging, announces, following the General Meeting of May 26, 2023 and the holding of a Board of Directors on the same day:
– The appointment of Didier Izabel as Chairman of the Board of Directors;
– The appointment of Pascale Auger as Independent Director;
– The renewal of the mandates of three directors, Carine Dagommer, Eric Guerbet and Thibault Viort.
Didier Izabel, new Chairman of the Guerbet Board of Directors
The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Izabel, Independent Director since 2014, on the recommendation of the Appointments and Compensation Committee, as Chairman. He succeeds Marie-Claire Janailhac-Fritsch, Chairman of the Board of Guerbet since 2013, whose term of office has expired.
Didier Izabel, a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and a mining engineer, joined Guerbet’s Board of Directors in 2014 as an independent director. Senior Partner at Axys Finance since 2009, Didier Izabel began his career at the Ministry of Industry where he was, notably for three years, in charge of the pharmaceutical industries. He then spent his entire career in the investment banking sector, successively at Banexi (BNP group), Edmond de Rothschild, Toulouse & Associés and Banca Leonardo.
