(AOF) – Guerbet, world specialist in contrast products and solutions for medical imaging, announces the results published by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers of the public tender offer initiated by it for the shares of the company Intrasense, at the end of the reopening period of the Offer from May 23 to June 5, 2023. Following the closing of the reopened Offer, 640,778 Intrasense shares were tendered. Consequently, Guerbet holds 29,257,966 Intrasense shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 56.46% of the capital and at least 56.1% of the company’s voting rights.
