(Boursier.com) — The group Guerbet confirmed the appointment of Hugues Lecat as Chairman of the Board of Directors, in accordance with the previously announced schedule.
Following the approval of his appointment as a director by the general meeting, meeting today at the headquarters of the global specialist in contrast products and solutions for medical imaging, the Board of Directors of Guerbet decided to unanimously to appoint Hugues Lecat as Chairman of the Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee.
This double appointment terminated, with immediate effect, the functions of censor which he had held since March 20, 2024.
