(CercleFinance.com) – Guerbet announces revenue of €358.3 million at constant exchange rate (cc) for the 1st half, a figure down 1.3% compared to the same period a year earlier early.
Business fell by -2.6% in the EMEA zone (166.7 ME at cc) and by -3.7% in the Americas zone (103.6 ME at cc), but increased by 4.2% in Asia (88 ME at cc).
Half-year activity includes an unfavorable base effect after the very strong rebound in sales experienced by the Group during the 2nd quarter of 2021 (+25.1% at comparable scope and exchange rate compared to the 2nd quarter of 2020) .
In a tense global economic context characterized by multiple inflationary tensions, the Group shows its confidence for the 2nd half. The Group reaffirms its ambitions for the 2022 financial year with revenue growth of between 2% and 4% on a like-for-like basis and at constant exchange rates.
