Laughter is contagious. We remember that from our school days, when a giggle from those sitting next to you could easily lead to a pronounced fit of laughter. The best thing about an emotion is usually when it comes as a complete surprise – even the strongest self-control no longer helps to calm down.
You don’t have to, it feels good after all. That’s why we particularly enjoy watching a moment from Guido Maria Kretschmer’s TV career over and over again. In fact, in his thousands of episodes of Shopping Queen (yes, it’s actually already 2000, the VOX show has just celebrated its anniversary), the designer has already had one or two fits of laughter in front of the camera.
Usually Guido himself causes laughs in front of the TV with his humorous comments, but sometimes it catches himself too. For the 2000th episode, VOX has just looked for the funniest moments of “Shopping Queen” from the treasure chest and published them. And what should we say: There are real gold pieces that shopping queen fans will surely remember with joy.

Our highlight: the episode in which a guest on the show actually manages to completely upset Guido Maria Kretschmer. But this is not one of the candidates: inside, but of all things a little Spiderman who suddenly jumps into the picture. And Guido? He is so happy that he almost falls off his chair.
Even if you haven’t seen the show, you just have to laugh along with the cut. Because Guido Maria Kretschmer giggles so detached to himself. Over and over again he tries to speak, but no, the next wave of amusement rolls over him. Splendid!
