A 19-year-old from Klagenfurt had to suffer for several months from his older brother, with whom he shares an apartment in Klagenfurt. The 22-year-old repeatedly threatened him with a pistol and hoarded other weapons and drugs in the apartment.
“For several months, the 19-year-old has been threatened with the use of a weapon by his 22-year-old brother, who also has numerous knives and drugs in the shared apartment,” the police describe the situation, which led to the EKO Cobra and several patrols of the Klagenfurt police. “After the young man from Klagenfurt contacted the police department, the public prosecutor verbally ordered a house search.” Therefore, an entry and approach ban, as well as a provisional ban on weapons was issued against the older brother – in addition, the 22-year-old is reported several times.
