Gwyneth Paltrow will be 50 on September 27th. No reason for the actress to do without certain clothes.

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow (49) is relaxed about her upcoming milestone birthday: “Turning 50 feels great”, she writes in a blog entry on her website “Goop”. She considers herself lucky to have a healthy, strong body.

Hiding this is out of the question for Paltrow: “I think there are no rules as to when you should stop wearing certain clothes.” Only recently she wore the “shortest skirt in ten years”: a Chanel dress from the basement. “You should wear what you feel comfortable in,” she encourages her readership.

Gwyneth Paltrow: ‘It’s important to be kind to aging’

Of course, the training no longer leads to the same results as before. “But it’s important to be kind and forgiving about the aging of the body,” said Gwyneth Paltrow, who celebrates her 50th birthday on September 27. She doesn’t think it makes sense to help with cosmetic procedures. “I love seeing women who haven’t changed their faces at all; embracing every inch of their aging,” she writes. As an example, she cites her fellow actress Cameron Diaz (50). Admire their way of aging. Jennifer Lopez also “looks better than ever” at the age of 53.

Rather than going under the knife, Gwyneth Paltrow tries to slow down her body’s aging process with exercise, healthy eating, and proper grooming.
