“Good times, bad times” (GZSZ): data and facts
- The first episode of “Good Times, Bad Times” (GZSZ) was broadcast on May 11, 1992.
- Filming for GZSZ began on March 16, 1992, initially in the Berlin Union Film Studios in Berlin-Tempelhof.
- In 1995 the GZSZ crew moved to Potsdam, where they have been filming in Babelsberg ever since.
- In the Babelsberg studio – the oldest film studio in the world – over 5500 broadcast GZSZ episodes have been produced to date.
- The episodes are always produced seven weeks in advance.
- “Good times, bad times” runs Monday to Friday at 7:40 p.m. on RTL.

Anne Menden remains with GZSZ
“Good times, bad times” is difficult to imagine without Anne Menden, 36. Many fans were now trembling about the whereabouts of their favorite in the series. All nonsense, the actress now clears up with the rumors on Instagram herself in her story. “I’m not leaving the series and I am not taking any time off,” she clarifies. The Berliner-by-choice can reassure her fans that she didn’t even have a vacation.
“I think it’s normal that parts of ours aren’t shown for two or three days. But that doesn’t mean that you leave the series straight away,” Anne Menden explains to her fans. She raves about GZSZ in the highest tones. GZSZ is like her second family for her, she feels very comfortable and loves “to work with the people there and to shoot new stories for you”. It seems like the GZSZ darling of the popular Daily will be around for a long time to come.

Raphaël Vogt posts family photo with a serious message
Ex-GZSZ star Raphaël Vogt, 45, enjoys his time in France with his wife Kati and daughter Océane. The actor regularly shares his life in transit with his fans on Instagram, including snapshots of his loved ones. One of his most recent pictures goes especially heart!
“Since my birth, my family had to live and act with my mother with the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. This disease is terrible. It is difficult to put into words what my mother and we had to go through, so my father and me with her [sic]. I rarely post so private and unpleasant things [sic]. Timur Ülker’s fans freak out about the “coconut photo”
Timur Ülker, 32, is not only popular in the Kolle-Kiez. He was also able to score successes with the GZSZ offshoot “Nihat – Everything at the beginning”. No wonder the actor needed a break after the double stress of filming. He is currently enjoying his break Partner Caroline Steinhof and the two kids to the fullest on the luxury island of Maldives – and diligently shares pictures on Instagram to get jealous. Emily leaves the neighborhood – for love
Emily (Anne Menden, 36), Tuner (Thomas Drechsel, 34) and Paul (Niklas Osterloh, 32) were able to keep the secret of Kate’s (Emilia Klauk) father a secret from their little girl for a long time, but now the truth is messing everything up. A world collapses for Kate when she learns that her biological father is not Paul, but her godfather, Tuner. Emily wants to comfort her daughter and prove that both men are still best friends. To do this, she pulls out all the stops and even travels – with her daughter Kate in her luggage – after her husband Paul to Canada.
So far it is not known whether the fans will have to do without the 36-year-old at GZSZ. Perhaps the actress will simply take a little break from filming and soon bring peace back to the Kolle-Kiez as Emily.
