Samsung writes that during the attack, data such as name, place of residence, date of birth and information about the devices used were tapped from some users. However, social security numbers or credit card information may not be affected. The respective data may vary from user to user.
However, German users do not have to worry now. According to Samsung, only users from the USA are affected by the cyber attack.
