Actress Halle Bailey, 23, has announced the birth of her first child – without ever previously confirming a pregnancy. As she announced on her social networks, she and her boyfriend DDG, 26, are happy about a boy named Halo. Now the “Arielle” actress presented pictures of her baby ball for the first time.
Halle Bailey did a baby bump shoot underwater
Shortly after the surprising news of the birth of her son, Bailey is apparently already reminiscing about her pregnancy. The actress shared a video on Instagram of a baby bump photo shoot that apparently took place underwater – in keeping with her role in “The Little Mermaid.” In the clip, the 23-year-old swims underwater in a shiny silver robe and with flowing hair. In a moment she tenderly embraces her baby ball. “I already miss my stomach,” she comments on her post. “Obviously I had to take underwater shots.”
Halle Bailey has secretly become a mother
Bailey announced the birth of her child on Instagram. She also posted a photo of her hand holding a tiny hand with a gold bracelet. The name Halo is emblazoned on the piece of jewelry. This means halo. Bailey wrote, “Even though we’re a few days into the new year, the greatest thing 2023 could have done for me was bring me my son. Welcome to the world, my Halo. The world is dying to meet you.”

A number of celebrity colleagues also congratulated on the sweet news. actress Halle Berry, 57, wrote: “Congratulations, Halle. Welcome to motherhood and welcome to the world, baby Halo.” Rapper Nicki Minaj, 41, commented: “Welcome to Earth, Halo. We’ve been expecting you. Congratulations, mom!”
Always fended off pregnancy rumors
Halle Bailey and her boyfriend DDG have been together for almost two years. Their relationship became Instagram official in March 2022, when the founder of the Zooted Music record label posted a post on the R&B singer’s birthday. The actress is private about her personal life. There had been several speculations about a possible pregnancy in the past few months. However, both defended themselves against this and called for such speculation to be refrained from.

In May 2023, she gave a little insight into the relationship in an interview with “People” and answered the question of whether her boyfriend was a real Prince Charming: “Yes. I would say that.” She continued: “I think the best thing about young love is that on this journey of loving someone else you can continue to find yourself. And you discover new parts of yourself and maybe things you didn’t know before noticed in your heart.”
