A year after Halloween Kills, the horror saga launched in 1978 continues with Halloween Ends. And ends? Everything suggests that yes, given the title of this film, the third in a row by David Gordon Green, in which Laurie Strode intends to put an end to his nemesis once and for all. For the occasion, Jamie Lee Curtis returns one last time to the role that revealed her.
But are the farewells of the saga really? While we thought it was dead and buried, for lack of quality and/or audience, the franchise was reborn from its ashes several times. Thanks to the reboot of Rob Zombie for example, or to the three films of David Gordon Green, presented as the real sequels to John Carpenter’s original opus, those that cancel all the others in the chronology.
