Dr Disrespect explained why Halo Infinite needs a Battle Royale mode to keep up with other current games.
The popular streamer really enjoyed the Halo Infinite multiplayer mode but is still hoping the developers will add a Battle Royale as he believes this mode would be ideal for making the game survive over time.

Halo Infinite has seen real success since its release, and Dr Disrespect is waiting for just one new mode.
For this game to compete with giants like Apex Legends, Fortnite or Warzone, Dr Disrespect thinks it would really need a Battle Royale mode. Recently, he spoke again about the importance of such a popular game mode with the community for a few years.
He spoke about the potential of the game: “It’s crazy to think how good the game could be. Massive potential. I really think the game should have one [mode battle royale]. This is where the game should start to head, soon. ”
Dr Disrespect explained that the “open world” design of Halo Infinite could perfectly match with a Battle Royale mode. Currently, we don’t really know what the developers’ plans are on the subject, but it would clearly be interesting to see what a Battle Royale might look like in the legendary Halo universe.
