Choosing the perfect hand cream depends on many factors. After comparing the ointments based on different criteria, M. Asam’s “Aqua Intense” is our favourite. According to our comparison, if you want something cheaper, the best thing to do is to use Kamill’s vegan hand and nail cream. The scent is not overpowering, but pleasant and the hands are supple for a long time. The Shiseido hand cream, on the other hand, makes a great gift. The design of the packaging is high quality and the customer reviews promise a cream with an outstanding effect.

The right hand care – it’s that easy!

Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter – we sometimes pay far too little attention to our hands. But you should change that now. Because hand care is easier than you think. Constant hand washing is essential at certain times or in certain occupations. Here it already helps to use a nourishing soap that is enriched with ingredients such as panthenol or urea. The Hand soap by M. Asam has both substances and, as an antibacterial soap, ensures thorough and gentle cleaning. Soap your hands for at least 20 seconds to get rid of germs.

For delicate hands you can use twice a week peeling use, which you can also make yourself. For this you need a hazelnut-sized sugar or coffee grounds and a little oil, for example baby oil. Now rub both together and massage your hands with it for 10 – 20 seconds. After that, wash your hands with lukewarm water – either with or without soap. Then use your cream and possibly a little more nail oil, so that your cuticles remain soft. If you repeat this care regularly, you will have permanently smooth hands in no time at all.
