According to a viral TikTok video, the “hand-out test” is designed to reveal in just one minute what you’re subconsciously concerned about or longing for.
Felecia Feely, also known as “Felecia For The Win”, is a social media star and host of the podcast of the same name. On her TikTok account, the psychology and philosophy enthusiast shared a psychological test that is designed to reveal a lot about your unconscious quite easily and, above all, in less than a minute.
1-minute psychological test about your unconscious
To do the “hand-out test,” close your eyes and hold out your hand, palm facing up. Now imagine that someone puts an object in your hand. You can feel it, maybe even smell it. Then you open your eyes again. The central question is: What object did you imagine?
According to Felecia, what you intuitively see in your mind’s eye says something about what you subconsciously want or what you need at the moment. According to the TikToker, the most common objects that people imagine are: keys, money, a phone, a book, something to eat, a spider or an insect, a weapon or something from nature, for example grass, a stone or a flower.
- Let’s say the object placed in your hand is a key. This could mean, according to Felecia, that you crave access, access to a certain social group, to a job, or even to a person’s heart.
- At the Money According to the TikToker, it really depends on the amount: Did you imagine coins? a small amount of moneyyou may be going through a difficult time financially. Someone puts it in your imagination a larger sum in your hand, especially banknotes, this can indicate that you are currently thinking a lot about the topic of money and money mindset and are thus manifesting wealth.
- If you intuitively work with one phone If you expect someone to put it in your hand, Felecia says you may be longing for connection.
- Did you a book presented, Felicia interprets this as a desire for knowledge.
- At the Eat According to Felecia, these are often foods with a smooth surface, for example an egg or apple. According to the social media star, an apple can indicate that you are very health conscious. If you see an egg in your mind’s eye, it can indicate a big responsibility that you are expecting in the near future – after all, a raw egg is quite fragile.
- A spider or an insect According to Felecia, it can mean that you are a very cautious person – at least if you have a certain respect or even a phobia for these animals. Maybe you’re even more pessimistic and always assume the worst.
- A weapon According to Felecia, it can indicate that you have a difficult task in front of you that you either don’t feel comfortable with or don’t trust yourself to solve.
- You imagine intuitively an object from nature, such as a plant or a stonethen you may be longing for peace and quiet.

Did you find your object in the list? If not, perhaps there is something similar among those mentioned by Felecia. Maybe your intuition gives you a little hint and can use this “hand-out test” to tell you what you need right now – or what is (unconsciously) bothering you.
And if you have the feeling that Felecia’s interpretation is complete nonsense, that can also be very meaningful. Why are you reacting with such a defensive attitude?
