US actor Mitchel Musso (32), best known for his role as Oliver Oken in the Disney Channel sitcom “Hannah Montana” (2006-2011), was arrested by the police in Rockwall, Texas, after an argument on Saturday night , taken into custody.

Stole a bag of chips

The Police had taken action after a disturbance was reported at a local hotel. The 32-year-old actor is said to have entered the accommodation intoxicated and took a bag of chips without paying for it. When asked to pay for the chips, Musso reportedly became verbally abusive and left the hotel.

Musso was caught outside the hotel by police and arrested for public intoxication and stealing under $100. A background check is said to have revealed that Musso also had several outstanding arrest warrants. He was taken to the Rockwall County Detention Center and spent one night in prison. He was released on Sunday afternoon on $1,000 bail.

Main role in “Hannah Montana”

Musso starred alongside Miley Cyrus (30), Emily Osment (31) and Jason Earles (46) in “Hannah Montana” from 2006 to 2011. In 2016, Musso celebrated the sitcom and his love for his former castmates with an Instagram tribute for the series’ tenth anniversary. “When I think of family, I think of you girls,” Musso wrote on social media at the time. “Thank you for always being my best and always having my back.”
