Other award winners

Other winners for 2021 include Thomas Schanz (Restaurant Schanz in Piesport on the Mosel), who was named "Chef of the Year", and Matteo Ferrantino (bianc in Hamburg), who can now call himself "Newcomer of the Year". Vincent Klink from Wielandshöhe in Stuttgart has been named "Gastronom of the Year" in 2021. The restaurant guide will be available from November 30, 2020.
