Filming for the fifth part of “Indiana Jones” has begun – and a first set image of Harrison Ford has already appeared.
Indiana Jones is back: Actor Josh Gad (40) shared a photo on Instagram, starring Harrison Ford in his prime role as the adventurer. In the photo, the 78-year-old is wearing his brown and beige outfit including the dark brown felt hat and is talking to people on the set with a face mask. “Everything is fine in the world. Welcome back Dr. Jones,” writes Gad about the picture. It’s Ford’s first time in the famous costume since 2008.
Nothing has yet been leaked about the plot of the new “Indiana Jones” adventure due to hit theaters in the summer of 2022. In addition to Ford, Boyd Holbrook (39) and Shaunette Renée Wilson (31) will take on leading roles. James Mangold (57) is directing this time – Steven Spielberg (74) took over the job in the first four parts. However, this is still there as a producer.
