In January 2021, 27% of employees practice it regularly, compared to only 4% in 2019. At the same time, the threats of cyberattacks are increasing drastically. The Ministry of the Interior observes a + 31% increase between 2016 and 2020 in ransomware attacks aimed at holding company information systems hostage for sums of money. Supporting employees in their computer use, particularly remotely, is therefore a challenge for companies.
