This Monday from noon at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.
On which channel to follow the draw?

Who can face whom?
As usual in 8th, it is not a full draw. We will not be able to find face to face two teams that were in the same group in the first round. Nor will there be a fratricidal duel between two clubs from the same country. Clearly, Paris cannot face Benfica, who finished top of the Group H standings. Christophe Galtier’s men could not have afforded a Classic against OM either. In any case, the Marseillais did not pass the group stage, finishing fourth after their defeat at the Vélodrome against Tottenham (1-2). What do the statistics say?
If they will certainly not fall on Benfica, their rival in group H, the Parisians do not have a one in seven chance of facing one of the other group leaders. It is not that simple. With the various constraints of this draw (see elsewhere), the 16 teams in the running have indeed a more or less strong probability of falling on such or such adversary. Thus, Christophe Galtier’s men have more chances (19.46%) of facing FC Bayern than any of their other rivals, against only 10.98% for Real Madrid and 10.79 for FC Porto, if we take into account the figures given by the so-called Julien Guyon, professor of applied mathematics at the École des Ponts ParisTech. It should be noted that conversely, PSG is the club that Bayern, which has only four potential opponents, has the least chance of drawing.
When will the 8th take place?
