He comes out of the water after a swim, what passes after shocks the whole beach

Drama in Albufeira. On September 27, 2022, on the very popular beach Praia dos Alemães, in the south of Portugal, bathers witnesseda sad scene. Coming out of the water, a British tourist began to show signs of weakness. The 55-year-old man then collapsed before going into cardiac arrestreports the DailyMirror. Paramedics, police and firefighters rushed to the beach. Despite of multiple attempts at resuscitationthe unhappy tourist died on the hot sand.

His body was quickly transported at the Portimão Forensic Medicine Office by volunteer firefighters. “An alert was received at 1:34 p.m., through the Albufeira Volunteer Fire Department, informing of the presence of a person in cardio-respiratory arrest on Alemães beach”local authorities said in a statement. “The victim, a 55-year-old man of British nationality, assisted by lifeguards on the beach, with the support of those in the vicinity, died at the scene”.

Multiple dramas in Albufeira

Last month, 45-year-old Briton died in Albufeira, in Portugal, after also feeling unwell after swimming at Penedo beach. He was also pronounced dead on the beach. This Portuguese seaside resort was also the scene of a terrible attack in early July. A father of four, also British, was brutally stabbed at a bachelor party downtown. After undergoing multiple operations, the man regained consciousness, but does not remember what happened.
