Delphine Jubillar disappeared on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. Her body has not been found and this leaves her relatives in the most total disarray, she who is the mother of two young children, Louis and Elyah. Two years that the investigation has progressed not without difficulty, while the husband, Cédric has been in pre-trial detention for murder by spouse since June 2021. An element of this case without a crime scene raises many questions: the glasses of the Tarn nurse. Auditioned several times, Louis, eldest son of the Jubillars, was with his mother on the last evening she was seen alive. The glasses were found broken by authorities on December 24, lying on the kitchen table. For the prosecution, the fact that the pair were found broken into two parts could be proof that an argument did break out“, specifies the work.
An “external force”
If the husband of Delphine Jubillar had claimed to the gendarmes that this pair was already very old and worn, The Parisian had obtained details of the analyzes of the glasses which prove thatan external force broke them. “The examinations and tests carried out lead to the conclusion that the damage observed on Delphine Jubillar’s pair of glasses is the consequence of dynamic forces (…) The forces were applied from the outside to the inside“, write the experts of the DGA (General Directorate of Armament). What reinforce the idea that a violent argument broke out that evening. Moreover, Louis heard his parents tear themselves apart, while neighbors heard screams.
Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
