A man has been arrested after killing his dog, a Dalmatian, by hanging him on his balcony. People who witnessed the scene informed the police. When they arrived, they couldn’t do anything to save the animal.
It is a scene of rare violence that took place in Bergerac in the Dordogne. On May 10, 2023, a group of high school students are walking and hear cries of distress from an animal. Young people notice thata man is hanging his doga Dalmatian, on the balcony of a building by the leash. They immediately notified the police. Only, when they arrive, they cannot do anything to save the animal which is already dead. The police arrest the individual who was placing his deceased dog in the trunk of his car. The man was taken into custody and brought before the Bergerac prosecutor May 12, 2023.
