In New Caledonia, a man shot dead two women. The region is particularly affected by domestic violence.
Sunday January 3, in the suburb of Noumea in New Caledonia, a teenage girl and her mother were killed by a 19-year-old man. The young woman's companion, he shot point blank at the two victims. The helpers arrived quickly on the spot could not save them.
