A very serious illness that prompted doctors, very early, to predict that the little boy would never walk. Followed in physiotherapy since his 18 months, at the rate of ten sessions per week, Camden had never managed to take more than two steps without help. And yet, in a video that has since gone viral, published on his mother's Twitter account, we see the boy succeeding in standing up and walking on his own.

The exact origin of Camden's disease is unknown, but his latest MRI scans have shown that it worsens over time, hence the name degenerative disease. " The unknown is very scary because we don't know what his prognosis and future look like, " said his mom. " Everything Camden does, big or small, is celebrated, but watching him take so many independent steps and feeling so confident that he could finally do it was an incredible feeling.
